I book up to 4 months in advance. Newborn appts may book as soon as they would like. Most expecting moms book end of 1st trimester

I always say wear what you are comfortable in. Don't wear a dress if you normally don't wear them, if you are uncomfortable it will show in your pictures. The key is to coordinate not match! As for kids and baby sessions most kids will allow about 3 outfit changes. Layers, layers, layers! Put a cute Jacket over the outfit and then take it off for a different look. The easiest answer is what we don't have. I have hats ranging in size newborn to 6 month. Lots of hair accessories, chairs, chairs, and more chairs, baskets, buckets, crates. The studio is located on 10 acres with grass lanes fields pond etc.

I love going to other places beside the studio. MSU, local parks, Old Town Lansing, maybe you have a great place you know of. If you have a place in mind let me know! I love to find new and exciting places to shoot! I will travel in the Lansing area up to 30 miles from st.johns, anything outside of that area travel fees will apply.

I only shoot newborn sessions and Baby/Child/Milestone sessions inside the studio. Family, Extended Family, and Senior sessions are filmed outside only. I do provide a senior inside headshot on a Grey drop only.
